Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SteerX’s platform (www.steerxglobal.com, mobile app, or associated services), you agree to abide by these legally binding Terms of Use (“Terms”). SteerX Innovations Private Limited (“SteerX,” “We,” “Us”) is a SEBI-registered AIF (IN/AIF1/24-25/1722) dedicated to supporting early-stage healthcare startups. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.


Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent.

Startups, investors, and partners are required to provide accurate information during the registration process. Any misrepresentation may lead to account termination.


Intellectual Property

All content (including logos, reports, and software) is owned by SteerX or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Users may access the content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly forbidden.


Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes (e.g., competing with SteerX).
  • Scrape data, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
  • Share false, harmful, or confidential information about startups (e.g., patient data, trade secrets).
  • Violate SEBI AIF regulations or healthcare laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).


Startup & Investor Obligations

Startups: Must provide accurate financial and clinical data. SteerX does not guarantee funding.

Investors: Must conduct their own due diligence. Investments carry high risks and are subject to SEBI guidelines.

Confidentiality: Non-public information shared on the platform must not be disclosed without prior consent.


Disclaimer

Not Investment Advice: SteerX does not endorse any startups or guarantee investment returns.

SEBI Compliance: Investments are private market transactions, and secondary trading is not facilitated.

No Warranty: The platform is provided “as is.” SteerX disclaims liability for technical issues or actions by third parties.


Privacy & Data Security

User data is governed by our Privacy Policy ([this will be linked to the privacy page]).

By using the platform, you consent to data processing in India, regardless of your location.

  1. Termination
    SteerX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, with or without prior notice. Surviving clauses include: Confidentiality, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    SteerX is not responsible for any investment losses, platform downtime, or third-party content.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SteerX against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Breach of healthcare or data privacy laws.
  • Unauthorized sharing of proprietary startup information.


Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram under Indian law.

Arbitration: If disputes remain unresolved, they will proceed to arbitration in Gurugram (Arbitration Act, 1996).



Modifications

SteerX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
